I found the hotel to be top-notch. The rooms were definitely deluxe, and when I inquired about it, I was even offered the opportunity to leave with a full refund if unsatisfied. The service was amazing, and they were so accommodating to the guests. The location in downtown Cumberland was ideal, right by the historic area. However, the dining experience, although offering delicious sandwiches, had some shortcomings in variety. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
